The charity is operated under the rules of its memorandum and articles of association as incorporated on 8 September 1999, amended by resolutions dated 19 April 2000 and 23 September 2005.
A copy of the latest Financial Statement is available on written request to all London Borough of Barking and Dagenham residents and businesses.
A stamped addressed envelope must be included with all requests.
